Consignment Information

Thank you for your interest in consignments of stamps/covers to Golden Valley Stamp Auctions.

I will grade and identify the stamp by catalog number and any flaws we find will be noted.

I will place your stamps in the next available Golden Valley Stamp Auction or return to you if not of value.

I will advise you in a list of your stamps in the Auction after it is posted. 

Our minimum Lot is $25.00 expected hammer price.

Please send lots that are expected to reach this amount.

My  fees for selling your material is the Hammer Price plus 15% to the BUYER,
 and the Hammer Price less the following FEES SCHEDULE per LOT to you, the CONSIGNOR

I do not accept reserves but will allow you to place a bid with the above fees applied to your consigned material.

Payment for consigned material is made 45 days after the day of the Auction.

Please send your stamps/covers to us by insured or registered mail. 

Place your name, address, phone number and email address in each box with your stamps.
