Consignment Information

Thank you for your interest in consignments of stamps/covers to Golden Valley Stamp Auctions. After receiving your stamps, we will grade and identify them by catalog number and any flaws we find will be noted. We will send you a list of your stamps after the acution is posted. Individual stamps will be included in the Internet Only Auctions. Large lots will be included in the Box Lot Public Auctions

Our fees for selling your material is the Hammer Price plus 15% to the BUYER,
and the Hammer Price less the following FEES SCHEDULE per LOT to you, the CONSIGNOR

20% for Hammer Price $1.00 to $20.00

15% for Hammer Price $21.00 to $50.00

10% for Hammer Price $51.00 to $100.00.

5% for Hammer Price $101.00 to $300.00.

0% for Hammer Price $301.00 +

We do not accept reserves but will allow you to place a bid with the above fees applied to your consigned material.

Payment for consigned material is made 32 days after the day of the Auction.

Please send your stamps/covers to us by insured or registered mail.
